Rotary is about fun, friendship, fundraising and philanthropy.
We believe in the importance of providing service in our community to help those in need

Thornbury Rotary Club has contributed to the life of the town and surrounding district since 1971, and has raised over £500,000 on behalf of many charities and local, national andinternational projects, charities and appeals. Its high-visibility yellow jackets are a familiar sight at street events, the Carnival and many other local activities.
Rotary clubs bring together people across generations who share the ideals of service, leadership, diversity, friendship, and integrity and wish to create lasting change in the world, in their communities, and in themselves.
Our Club meets at The Ship, Thornbury Hill, Alveston, BS35 3LL on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays every month for dinner at 7.30pm.
